It keeps your mind sharp and clear. It is often used in mild to moderate depression because it stimulates neurotransmitters such as serotonin and dopamine (happiness hormones). Studies have shown that the neurotransmitters serotonin, dopamine and noradrenaline indicate a deficiency in depression.
