Do you want to return a product? Please indicate within 30 days that you are returning your order. After that you have 14 days to return the order free of charge.

How can I return my order?

For the Netherlands / Belgium

To do this, place the product (unopened) back in the box, together with the delivery note that came with the package. In this way we can find out who returned the package. Don't forget to make your own address on the box unreadable and send the package to us: Distrimedia, Industriepark Noord 5A, B-9100 Sint-Niklaas.

When will I get my money back after returning my order?

Once we have received your order we will refund the purchase amount to your account within five working days.

How do I know when you have received my return?

We will send you a confirmation email when we have received the parcel.

Opened products can not be taken back.

For reasons of health protection, it is not possible for us to take back opened food supplements.
