How soon will I receive my order?

If you order something on workdays before 22:00 it will be delivered the next day by parcel post (delivery days are from Tuesday to Saturday). You will receive an e-mail with a confirmation of receipt. When your order has been shipped you will receive an email with a track & trace link to track your order.

Do I have to pay shipping costs?

You pay a shipping fee of €3,95 for orders up to €50. Above that, shipping is free.

Can I track my order?

We will keep you informed when you can expect your package. That's why you will receive a track & trace link in your shipping confirmation email so you can see when you can expect your order.
